On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the XIV International Mango Symposium, it is my honor to invite you to participate in this important event, which will be held for the first time in Mexico, from May 28 to 31, 2025, in the beautiful port city of Mazatlán.

This symposium, under the auspices of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) and organized by the Chapingo Autonomous University, will focus on the theme: “The Mango Industry: Adaptation and Mitigation to Address Climate Change.” This global challenge is significantly affecting mango crops across Latin America. During this meeting, we will discuss its effects and the strategies to mitigate its impact.

As the largest exporter of this delicious fruit, Mexico is the ideal host for this event. Mazatlán, located in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico’s leading mango-producing region, offers the opportunity to visit commercial orchards and packing facilities, providing a unique and enriching experience.
